The stupidity of the American Driver is best viewed from the seat of a motorcycle. You can see in almost any car. These fools are watching television, texting, eating, fingering, anything but driving their car. I honk and point back like there is a cop! Hilarious!

States are making a soft attempt at cracking down. Georgia fines first offenders $50 and $100 for second. That does nothing. Australia fines a min of $500 and points. 2nd lose license. Guess what? No one texts while driving.

Whether the states allow it or not, one should know better that distracted driving is the number one cause of accidents in America.
