"punished"? I debate if our country should make everyone enlist for min2 yrs in our service. Maybe then people can gain that perspective, which would give empathy to our beloved service member, heroes.

Especially for U.S. presidents! Cannot! Should not allow ANY "wanna get rich" candidates for any Congress/Senate/President seat, at federal level, without U.S. Military Service!!! "A must have" on their resume!

well, if we're going to change the law for every citizen, that would change....if not, I doubt I would vote for that part though...then it kind of narrows our scope of potential.

I hear you. Im not sure I agree though, on that requirement. Only reason is b/c it alienates a grip of born leaders that didn't. Let the Generals do their jobs and the idea of a business person negotiating deals, sounds like a pragmatic solution to me. He's doing well so far imo

South Koreans have mandatory military service too? I feel so sorry for them. I mean, we also have it here in Switzerland. That shit just wastes one whole year of our live!

Caption and statement under picture are completely different from one another. One is a "punishment" the other is a standing law of the land. Great illustration of "fake NEWS". WOW, good job at giving us a birds eye view of your false practices.
