Isn’t it sad we celebrate this? Why do women have to fight so hard for the RIGHTS men enjoy?

This is not a universal gender thing... don’t be mad at men, be mad a islam
-
I know, but sometimes in my activism my heart stops for a split second and I think, I’m a woman! And I’m still fighting for my rights. You’re right; some places are way more oppressive than here, but still ...

-
Which rights are you fighting for exactly that men already have
-
Equal pay for equal work; exist without sexual harassment; elimination of rape culture; reproductive rights; to name a few.
-
Rape culture is just not a thing... women already have reproductive rights, if anything you have more rights there than men, we have virtually no say in matters like weather to get an abortion...

Just wondering why was the ban implemented for such a long time?
-
You can ask the same thing about civil rights movement in the US in the 60's or prohibition in the 20s.
