I'm still on a grandfathered plan from two plans ago. If I switch to any other Verizon plan my bill drastically goes up. Verizon is by far the most expensive of the carriers now. This "unlimited" plan is limited to 22 GB anyway.

Exactly it’s a scam, after 10g it bogs down to a screeching halt making your apps not work at all. I lost $1000s of income because of it.

@verizon please stop calling it an unlimited plan if you’re going to place limits. It’s ridic to have a limit specific to hotspot. Call it like it truly is. “hey you can have this much data and then your phone is gonna turn into a brick, unless you use hotspot & it’s even less.”

Yeah if your a new customer maybe you can get great deals, but for their loyal customers we get screwed ! Verizon does not reward loyal customers at all !!!
-
THAT PART!! And DirecTV has become the same way...especially since being bought by AT&T. I knew the customer service was going to go to shit after that happened!

I already pay $85 for 15GB of an “unlimited” Mifi hotspot and for *$20* extra bucks I can get a measly 5GB?!? Someone please tell me how that is some how a deal?

Verizon sucks

If Verizon wanted to make the “unlimited” plans worth it, perhaps they could up the bandwidth from 600kps to like 2mb per second. As it stands, after you go over your “unlimited” limit, the service is barely usable.

Yeah well, my business plan has been with you since it was Alltel, and it keeps getting worse. Forced buying of extra lines when upgrading phones (we have four extra lines we don't need of dumb Hum devices) and data surcharges. About to switch.

We definitely don't want to lose you, our long-time valued customer. We'd be happy to review this a bit closer to see if any savings can be had. Please follow us and send a DM. ^CB

Do they have one where they preserve net neutrality so that we have any reason at all to continue paying internet companies for internet

So y’all are charging an extra $10 for the unlimited you should have had in the first place?pic.twitter.com/rQnlImTfjw

And it's only 200$ a month per line!

Grandfathered with real unlimited:)

Same. The only true unlimited plan. I’d rather buy my phone outright, use all the gb I want, and not get throttled like a prostitute who charges too much.
