I guess being drunk and disorderly in your own home in Florida warrants execution if you're black. That's crazy.

Amazing how many of these situations can be avoided by just cooperating. And not carrying a 9mm while your drunk as shit

        1) Gun was in back waistband so the cops had no way of seeing it. 2) Gun was STILL in his back waistband when the coroner arrived (i.e., he never pulled it out) 3) Closing your door when the cops arrive has NEVER been a reason for excessive force.

Terrible what happened. These cops get shook. But u think it’s a good idea to be drunk with a pistol on you? Loaded or unload it’s a bad idea. Toss the gun, open the garage or the ft door and deal with it.

If being drunk with a gun in your back waistband was capital crime, Southern jails and morgues would be full to capacity during football season.

How can any jury or any judge do this ? This is the most disgusting, inhumane, cruel & totally RACIST story I' ve ever read. And I read many akin stories. BTW: the judge reduced to reimbursement to ZERO $ !https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x-vus_1LST8 …

This is one of the more disturbing and disgusting miscarriages if justice I have heard of. Slaughtered in his own home and then to deliver a verdict such as that. That jury should be ashamed

Meanwhile the Florida High School shooter is alive. What could the reason be for that? 🤔

Maybe there is more to the story, maybe there isn’t. But a $4.00 verdict is a message, and not a good one. They should be ashamed. $0 would have been less insulting - and I’m trying to be civil by using the word insulting.
