Why afghan gov is creating hurdles in releasing remaining prisoners? Y don't they release so we can have an intra-afghan dialoge and can judge who is serious and compliance of agreement?

Taliban used hard power to influence peace talks meanwhile afg govt is trying same strategy but will not able to cash out. It's a loss for both sides. Diplomacy is the key and keep the talks going no matter what happens. Good luck Ambassador Zalmay
