Yup, I’m a Michaels girl.

I've personally boycotted Hobby Lobby for 5-6 years now. I do not feel any lack in my life because of it.

They just opened a new store near me and I will never walk in there. Decided in March when they sent a hideously selfish letter out to their employees. Hard pass.

The opened in our town in July. I took a walk around the store and left a couple,e weeks ago. They were making half the store Christmas and had some fall but they don’t donHalloween, which is the best holiday by far.

I went into a Hobby Lobby once, just to see what all the hype was about. I get it, they have lots of cool stuff, but I'll stick with Michael's or Joanne, or better yet, my local thrift stores for crafty stuff.

From what I could tell, it looked mostly like Future Garage Sale Stuff. We've got enough tchochkes.

I stopped going there a long time ago so this doesn’t surprise me. Although that picture couldn’t have been taken today because they’re closed on Sundays!
