You should choose a random order to track. See what kind of work they really do! I’m sure many people in here would be willing to share the experience of an 11 day delivery and being told nothing they could do. Apparently standard shipping takes that long.

Maybe you can delay the show to another day, like the packages they deliver and then tell you it was shippers fault. They have lied and continue to lie to people. 370 miles going to take 11 days. Maybe do the show on

worst company in US. Understand you might have some challenges and make some mistakes during the holidays...but when I spend 1 1/2 hours on hold, speak to 5 different customer service agents who all straight up lied and still don’t have package 5 days after scheduled delivery??

Yo que fui un empleado honesto y cumpliendo con las políticas de ups no me hicieron caso cuando me despidieron de ups mexico en merida yucatan, todo por no violar el reglamento de seguridad de ups. El supervisor Roberto benhumea me corrio y nadie hizo nada. Publicaré las pruebas
