.....A special dividend for hourly employees that want to invest with this company because they want to perform, provide excellent customer service, and be a part of something would be appreciated. Attitude reflects leadership. And I’m highly disgruntled. Never use to be.

You charge small businesses an outrageous fee for shipments going to residential customers, yet your trucks are full of Amazon packages which are also going to residential areas, yet don’t charge them that fee. That’s why I ship packages USPS. Get rid of that archaic surcharge.

This has not been my experience. I have had a nightmare with a package trapped in in Jamaica with no assistance since Christmas. The package was sent to a needy family. Instead of helping us UPS has charged us a daily charge for storage and handling

Your stock sucks. As an hourly employee for 25 years and a shareholder and buyer for 14 years your stock has barely brought me a healthy return. That’s an embarrassment. No special dividends or incentive other than a measly 5% discounted purchase. I’m leaning on selling it..
