When we thing UPS we think trucks parked illegally in bike and bus lanes.

This shouldn't be the case, if you see this, you can report it to us. We will need date, time and location and if possible the truck or plate number. ^MLhttps://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=271516607 …

Happens all the time in NYC. Gets reported to you all the time. Nothing changes. Can you confirm your drivers have been ordered to stay out of bike lanes and you won't punish them if that means longer delivery times? Also how about giving then electric carts?

Your entire business model revolves around unsafe driving, consumption of public space, and illegal parking. I see UPS drivers speeding in my residential neighborhood every single day. Thanks for making our lives worse

This is never our intention. If you see this, please report this to us. Please include, date, time and location and if possible the plate or truck number. ^MLhttps://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=271516607 …

You're claiming that drivers aren't under any pressure from UPS to complete a certain number of deliveries within a certain time frame? That they speed and double-park because they're so excited to get deliveries out? Tell me what internal UPS policy you will change to solve this
-
I'm not saying that at all, but drivers should still be following the laws. If you see this, please report it to us. ^MLhttps://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=271516607 …

What incentive do they have to follow the laws? UPS has a deal with my city to automatically settle all traffic tickets at a fixed rate - because you know that unsafe driving is necessary to sustain your business. You could NEVER be profitable if your drivers obeyed traffic laws.

No, I wonder why packages arrive in my city, sit for 10 days, 20 minutes from me, getting "incorrectly sorted" and "prepared for delivery today", and never arriving when supposed to like
@adorama and I pay for. But yes, let's hear about your tech. - 1 more reply

If there is one company that I hate more than
@Hertz that is UPS! You guys have become synonymous with “issues” at least for me. Every time I tell my friends if you have to get something wrong with your delivery try UPS, guess what? I was rightThanks. Twitter will use this info to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

You're a technology company? So it's your big brown technology that is always illegal parked in bike lanes? All this time I thought it was your trucks that routinely put my life in danger.
Thanks. Twitter will use this info to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Yeah right, UPS has the worst customer service. Even USPS lets you talk to a person. Try talking to someone at UPS when they keep you package and dont state why, or lie and say they tried to deliver when they didn't. The site is pathetic at best.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please, DM the details of your concern. Include your tracking and phone number. Please include your shipping address. ^LGhttps://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=271516607 …

It was a nice gesture on your part but even with you getting involved and someone actually calling me today to inform me I would finally get my package today that still proved too difficult for UPS to handle. At this point just return it and ill have it shipped FedEx.

Yet amazingly 2 months after I had a parcel shipped from the US to the UK I paid the invoice to credit control to get my shipment released and I still don't have an invoice.

When I think of UPS, it’s about all those emails you send stating my signature is required - it isn’t. Called your help desk in the Phillippines - not helpful. No “flag” has gone to my address. No signature is required in my entire neighborhood. Fix this please.
