@UNSW is it true that the voluntary pay reduction and purchase of leave offered to staff is actually being changed so that purchased leave will no longer be paid out upon completion of employment? The first may be tolerable, but any change to the offer would be sneaky.
Hello, staff have up until 30 April 2022 to take their additional leave, with any leave not used being paid out on completion of employment.
