#GAR2019 it is very dissapointing to see how it is pretended to convince the world that it's the first time studies of this magnitude are done. And demonstrate an unfortunate lack of respect with previous partners and collaborators that carried (and carry)out these research works -

Scenario building and stochastic simulation have been included in risk modelling since the early1980’s. In fact, it was incorporated in the models used to assess risk for the past GAR’s. If you don’t even know your own work, how can you say you are moving forward?

#GAR2019, reflect a poor knowledge of the state of art and are only paraphrasing things that have been said for over 30 years. No innovative proposals are made, not even clear ones. -
