It looks like the figure comes from a report I wrote in 2013: '$106.7 ban on disasters, $13.5 bln risk reduction, $23.3 bln reconstruction and rehabilitation, $69.9 bln on response. https://www.odi.org/publications/7452-climate-finance-disaster-risk-reduction …. Semantics certainly an issue but also the data is getting on in years.'

Indeed this is a fact and I think more awareness for authorities particularly Finance Ministers of countries to see the impacts of such in our GDP as per Target C of the Sendai Framework
