Peejay, Ke, and Maria served their time and now help countless system-impacted families find healing and transformation. Yet they still live in constant fear of deportation only because of their immigration status. , pardon APSC 3 and stop family separation!

The APSC 3 survived war, poverty, and incarceration and now advocate for other system-impacted immigrants and refugees. Ke, Maria, and Peejay belong here with the communities they’ve worked so hard to support. , #PardonAPSC3!

As formerly incarcerated immigrants and refugees, their lived experiences make them champions of change, healing, and transformation. Despite their work and transformation, they are at risk of deportation. Call Governor Newsom today and demand that he pardon Ke Lam, Maria, and Peejay.
ICE’s double-punishment of Black and POC immigrants is rooted in racism. Gov has an opportunity to end the abusive “prison to deportation” pipeline this year by signing the #VISIONAct.
