If the national health-care system fails to address comorbidities such as TB and HIV, it will surely fail in a pandemic. It is government's responsibility to ensure that the health and capacity of the system, is always ready to deal with the added demand for its people.
What can someone do if she or he went to hospital and being diagnosed with tb and told to go back home coz they are dilling with covid 19 only
