    Here's something I haven't seen anyone do yet. 's Pro service lets you acquire PCV, but protocols usually sell governance tokens at a discount. However, has a primitive that would align incentives w/o needing to sell at a discount now. (1/?)

    The gas rebates for tokenholders who voted in November have just been sent. The gas rebate programme is like DCAing into while helping to secure the protocol and ensure decentralisation while earning 38% on holdings

    1/ This year, UMA tokenholders have earned a historical average 38% APY in tokens as an incentive for voting. For EACH vote per cycle, the protocol inflates the total token supply by .05% (one twentieth of one percent) and distributes them to participating majority voters.

    The engineers working on UMA protocol launched Across and made other upgrades this quarter. We are pleased to announce that these upgrades have now been fully audited by the team.

    The team asked us to review and audit their L2 bridge smart contracts for the protocol. We examined the code, and here we publish our findings.

    1/ has been out of beta for 3 weeks now. It is the fastest, cheapest, and most secure L2->L1 bridge. Over 1,800 relays have been sent, with a single tx record at $3M. There is $14M locked in the liquidity pool on L1.

    5/ After 48 hours, voters who voted correctly (as defined by the majority) can collect the voting rewards. Each of these 3 transactions is done on-chain and is expensive. This is why the Risk Labs foundation pays gas rebates on a monthly basis to voters.
