Freudian psychology - really interesting but not really very effective in the main part. Because the past problems don't matter that much. What we need are political solutions and most of them are about improving equality across society.

Telling a bunch of white men who are struggling they don't know what struggle is - would be patronising and unsurprisingly counter-productive. We don't solve this problem by laying guilt trips on people. We solve it by encouraging the kind of values that solve it.

Some people say that, but that's a fundamental misunderstanding. In the West - broadly speaking through the Christian faith - the individual is sovereign. We do not judge an individual upon their group in the main. Indeed, doing so is classified - sensibly as racism or sexism.
