We’ve taken enforcement action against Wizz Air following concerns over high volumes of complaints about the airline not paying passengers what they are owed.
Passengers were left frustrated because they believed the airline had failed to meet its passenger rights obligations.
We have now processed the majority of eligible direct debit refunds to Thomas Cook customers.
We are aware that some consumers have experienced a delay in receiving their refund, and we are investigating this as a matter of urgency.
