Why did Corbyn lie about rail nationalisation being impossible without Brexit?
-
-
-
Absolutely. We already have freedom to nationalise in EU.
@UKLabour EU’s most fundamental law (TFEU article 345) explicitly protects rights for EU countries to nationalise industries, stating ‘no EU rules can ever constrain each country’s choice of public or private ownership’.

I am sorry, but as long as Corbyn is at the helm, no amount of campaigning will persuade people to back labour. We want to stay in Europe; Corbyn does not. If he allows this incompetent Government to take us out, he will never be forgiven.
-
A 'peoples vote' on Brexit is a referendum (of which we have had one). If you want a 'peoples vote' on the government, then we had one of those too. Maybe you want another one of one of these because your side didn't win, but don't pretend it's in the name of democracy.
-
I think the electorate deserve to decide now that the full picture has been explained. That is democracy. Remember, 31% of the electorate didn't vote, many because they didn't know what they were voting for. That is not democratic.

On 2nd January 2019 my eldest son turned 21. What country will he inherit? He is glad of his Irish Grandad...his Irish passport allows him to use his Masters degree in Physics to live, work freely in 28 countries. Not so many of his friends. Sadly.
-
Shame, NEXT

-
Aye. A shame we educated him, he gets a top degree in a difficult subject at a top uni but little now to offer him in xenophobic racist UK. He has skills to survive outside UK. So he's alright Jack. Next.
-
I have skills to SURVIVE outside the UK... Look being dramatic weakens your tweet, I've seen so many tweets about young talent leaving the uk... And guess what, they all seem to have the FBPE hastag, ermmm how did that happen

-
Good. Hope you thrive as well as survive. Well done you.
-
I'm not the one worried, but hey ditto to you
