    Sometimes we all need a place to stop, feel safe, and be able to let go, even for just a few minutes. Safe Space is just that, a space where you can take a break, where there is someone to listen. There are also special guided sessions on Wednesdays at the FGH Chaplaincy centre.

    Barrow’s MND Cafe Neuro is getting a Royal Visitor today. Princess Anne is Patron of the MND Association and will be meeting volunteers like Jack Roskell. Jack lost his wife to MND and now helps other families going through it at the support cafe

    Covering , funding & , patient care suffers, staff suffer...the costs are astronomical and we could ALL help to reduce this by simply being , challenging the bullies and not ignoring "low level" .
