3 main theories so far:
1) The teaser is a hint to a Reach based chapter ("The Reach"), based on the dragon rune, and this post from Kai Schober on the official German forum saying that the next chapter will begin with "The": (forums.elderscrollsonline.com/de/discussion/).

2) The teaser is a hint to a Reach based chapter, with the player returning to a Nibenay zone later in the year, due to Abnur Tharn being involved. (Abnur was last seen returning back to Cyrodiil with the Amulet of Kings, presumably to Nibenay.) en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Nibe

I'm pretty excited myself. Tharn was always my favourite of the original four Companions. He's a snarky, backstabbing bastard who's only working with you because *right now*, your aims are in alignment.
