Eh...it definitely would allow for removing of some middle men, and new types of functionalities in terms of how to transfer control and under what conditions. But you are right in that nothing will ever fundamentally remove the fact they are entirely trust based claims.

Why is everyone calling me a troll or a smartass in this thread jeez I’m serious. I’ve been called an “expert” (I’m not though) and I used both blockchains and git, and let me assure you that git is much easier to use, for pretty much anything

Omg I hope he never hears about it. That would be so embarrassing (In reality, Linux foundation hosts hyperledger, which is also very embarrassing. But I believe hyperledger members will eventually either run out of cash or migrate to git)
