    I would be incredibly grateful if we could call out the bad behavior of in elevating djt’s obvious efforts to undermine confidence in our democracy.

    In Utah, our system ensures every properly cast vote is counted and accurately reflected in totals. We trust that is the case in other states. We should ensure every eligible person has the opportunity to vote — and that their vote, if properly cast, is counted.

    I’ve just had it. We need a Secretary of Education that’s going to work with teachers, states, and districts to develop reopening plans that actually work and are based in science. We need to get rid of Betsy DeVos.

    Wow. In MIT/Harvard case, DHS has fully agreed to rescind the July 6 ICE guidance and July 7 FAQ, and rescind all implementing guidance! So no TRO, because the government backed down completely.
