Seeing LOTS of Russian vehicles captured or abandoned with flat tires showing no obvious damage. Am wondering if Russian CTIS (Central Tire Inflation Systems) are junk or what? I only ever saw 2 failures of those on US military trucks in 20 yrs.

There's another twitter thread from some people who are knowledgeable about tires talking about just this thing. Basically, it seems likely the Russians don't rotate/move vehicles as they should and tires are poorly made to start.
