@Typhoon_MTL ALIEN element. Fell in lava on way out. Died. Trying to retrieve. Looks like it is in same area, but when I jump over, loot changes position back to entrance? WTF. File under glitch. Lost loot.

Who thought "retrieve your loot" was a good game mechanic after dying? It is a game stopper when you cannot find your loot. I do not mind going to get my loot, but it needs to be near a transfer point *out in the open*, not in some lava pit. 1st mission fail.

Reloaded game and the loot is now out in the open and available. I do not remember if I tried reloading the game before. That might have fixed it. Thanks.
