A full review of all “money out” each quarter is necessary to judge if the biz’s money is being spent on revenue drivers (and cutting the non-drivers) to keep the operation lean and profitable.

Decreasing expenses can be a tough one but when you start growing fast you’ll see that expenses can often bloat and there are actually many areas from software to contractors that may not provide the value needed to make the cut.

Increasing revenue for an agency can be done in many ways, like linking up with valuable partners to bring in more clients or by expanding your offer to add more value to existing clients.

When building a digital marketing agency, your partners (contractors and fulfillment network) are just as important as your clients. Foster strong partnerships and you’ll go much farther than the ‘lone wolf’

One thing we learned a decade ago in the digital space was **impressions are not dollars**. Reminder that this is still very true.
Sustainable business growth takes time. Learn to enjoy the building process instead of just the result and you will enjoy entrepreneurship much more
Twitter is a literal dumpster 🔥 right now. Twitter(Elon) makes a massive announcement that they will ban profile/ tweet that’s sends any traffic to other social accounts and gets massive backlash from their users and then they just delete the tweet like it never happened. 😐
