Never experienced 40 inches of snow falling in my neighborhood. 24 inches yes, but 40, that is massive. That will slow down an economy!

on one hand... COVID was on the rise in the southern tier area.. we might just see how much of an impact a 3 to 5 day shut down has on a rural area like this...
