lol so if you click a link to mastodon post and its on a different server you have to re-sign in again on that server if you want to reply
look I get why people want alternatives but god damn the UX on mastodon is fucking horrible

also like, yeah its not *that* hard to figure out, but these sort of frictions and confusions really do turn a ton of people away and that absolutely limits the reach you can get if only tech minded people are gonna use it
