Also free school, food, utility bills and WIFI for non legal resident drug dealers who pay no taxes as drug dealing is a cash biz. If they show low income they get all of the above. Why would they ever leave San Francisco? It’s a dream for them.

First of all, I'm not 'well connected' at city hall. Second, I'm doing all I can as an advocate to put pressure on city leaders to incorporate new approaches into what they are already doing. Your frustrations are being misdirected toward me. I'm a private citizen with a voice.
