Where does one find this “Labs” section? And can labs 100% be found WITHOUT having to use a PC?

You can find Labs by clicking Twitter Blue and then clicking Labs under the Feature Settings list. It is available on mobile.

When is Twitter going to manually review my account and verify me?
I’ve been mass reported by hundreds of bots, and thus had all my applications automatically denied.
