why are people crying fair use to this this isn't about copyright. its about literally putting content that is banned back onto the platform. i dont necessarily agree with it, but the reasoning behind it isn't a mystery.

There IS an algorithm that can detect Alex Jones videos. YouTube uses it for movies all the time to ensure nobody illegally uploads anything like that. This is why you'll often see illegally uploaded movies be incredibly warped and discolored, it's to trick the algorithm.

Yes but I don't think it applies for everyone. Big studios like universal studios aren't the as Alex Jones when it comes to protecting their products from piracy
