Imagine a viewer clicking on a sim's portrait (to "select" sim) then mousing over needs/skills and seeing info w/o bothering the broadcaster

Or maybe opening up a list of sims on the lot, or a list of CAS objects, or a list of custom content the broadcaster's using, etc.

Basically it's a dynamic overlay/panel for the *viewer's* side w/realtime updates. Ex: info when viewers mouse over stuff during a stream.

Not yet. Someone has to develop the ext which gets data (manually from the streamer, or maybe by game mod), and host it via web to viewers

@Hearthpwn for example: exe running grabs Hearthstone data and uploads to their website. Card/game info is served to viewers in realtime
