The point being, instead of transcodes disrupting streams mid broadcast & losing viewers, it's done before. :-)

How about just giving quality options from the get-go? I can't watch any of my friends channels because of Internet. QOs would help.

Not to mention, I've seen many cases where great streamers can't grow or get more viewers because of this handicap. It's very unfair
