Cuomo is being incredibly aggressive, interrupting, throwing a lot of charges at Molinaro, raising his voice. Molinaro is trying to fight back but is at times cowed by the aggression. (Will obviously come across differently to different voters.

Asked about single-payer health care, Molinaro says no way, NY can't afford. Cuomo attacks Molinaro for being like Trump, not wanting all ppl to have health care but Cuomo never answers Q about single-payer (tho he did in primary debate - he's against at state, for at fed level)

As he did during primary debate, Cuomo says he's open to looking at safe-injection sites, state is working with NYC on it; says has to see where feds are at. Molinaro is against safe-injection sites.

Cuomo repeatedly interrupts Molinaro, asking him his own questions, follow-ups to charges Cuomo has leveled. Molinaro says Cuomo is "acting like a school child" by interrupting. Cuomo gets slight nudge from moderator.

It may come across ugly to some/many, but Cuomo is absolutely dominating this debate. I don't mean winning. I mean he is talking over everyone, bumping moderators and opponents off the ball, talking whenever he wants, etc.

Moderators have little control, mostly due to Cuomo aggressiveness. The candidate arguments are somewhat telling, but it's not a civil, interesting discussion of policy, it's mostly yelling and attacks. Cuomo may need to be threatened to have his mic cut off or something.

Aha, a new question: charter schools. Cuomo and Molinaro agree on expanding charters. Cuomo half-jokingly says he and de Blasio will have a bottle of wine and dinner and talk it over, figure it out.

Molinaro continues to mostly pass on chances to separate himself from Trump. When Cuomo attacks him on it, he mostly looks to the moderators. At times he's made slight indications of disagreements w Trump but doesn't want to talk about them.
