If anything happens to me, I really hope that I'm the last canary in the coal mine. The law needs to change, No job should have such a high risk of rape, assault or death, especially not live streaming.

The sad thing is I have had this happen before, even before streaming, and I know he won't be the last. I'm exasperated. No matter how extreme the situation, the response has always been the same. They log it and do nothing, and I feel helpless.

i am so sorry you're going through this when i lived in london i had someone talking pictures of my flat's front door and sending them to me with "let me in" written. i took screenshots to the police and they told me to be more careful with what i post online so unacceptable

It's ridiculous they aren't doing anything to keep you safe. There's a charity in England that help with these situations maybe they can offer some advice? if you haven't already checked it out: http://www.protectionagainststalking.org I hope this ends for you soon!

This message will probably get lost but: CONTACT YOUR MP! They are there for this sort of thing where there is a loophole/gap in the law and if you get a good one, they will often go out of their way to help, even if they can't change laws/ arrest the creep themselves.

My sister had a girl constantly threatening her in person despite a restraining order and you are totally right the cops just log it. I couldnt believe it, people can just ruin your life and the cops don't spring into action until someone gets hurt.

This girl wrecked her car several times and the last time my sister said she feared for her life and felt the cops weren't helping and that set the cop off. The cop proceeded to yell in my crying sisters face about how she couldn't prove it was that girl.
