This is evidence of murderous intent. Enough with his previous offences as backup to lock him up. I really hope the police finally do something permenant and put him away!
Honestly, I reported him for a very serious assault, I had a witness, they did nothing. He slept behind my house for the evening and rang my doorbell for hours. It took them months to act, and it was only after the shop incident, he wasn't even charged for the rest.
He had a knife when they arrested him last time and they still released him with a warning. He moved really close to my house, they did nothing. Honestly I have lost hope at this point.
Can you start a gofundme so we can raise money for some form of security? Or is that not an option?
You can take it higher and take him to court. There will be ways to escalate this past the police. I really hope you are able to get rid of him. You shouldn't have to live in fear and the police have failed you by not taking higher action. Im so sorry you are going through this.
My half brother was threatening me and my flat mate and harassing me, turning up outside my house and shouting. Cops gave him a harassment warning but I was told I’d need to get a restraining order for them to do any more than pick him up and tell him off.
I was told it hadn’t happened enough yet for a restraining order so I don’t know if you’re in a better boat or not. I hope that something can be done. I feel for you
