Eh it happens with me all the time. I used to be afraid of TV static as a kid, but so many TVs broke when I touched them that I grew accustomed to it. They used to call me grudge girl for so long.

I’ve heard theories that people are literally magnetic, to very small degrees, and certain people have magnetic fields that actually impact technology. It’s just a theory but it seems like a plausible explanation.

Momo may be on to something. The nervous system works by conducting small levels of electricity, is it possible your physical tics are because your nerves are conducting more electricity than the average person to the point that it gives you an effect on electronics?
