Do you sometimes say something really mean and true but then blame it on tourettes?
No. I'm not a coward. If I have a problem with someone's behavior I will want them to know I mean it. I'm forced to be inappropriate all the time, even to people I love or don't even know. It's often terrifying or sad. People fantasize about being cruel and without consequences.
