Most tics are random words, unrelated to the situation. However it's not a very well understood condition, and we all experience the condition uniquely. I bet there isn't just one answer to this. But I'll explain how these sorts of jokes happen to me specifically.

OCD is often co-morbid with TS. Strong emotions can cause more frequent and severe tics. Worry has a HUGE influence on my tics. I also get intrusive thoughts about inappropriate words or dangerous actions, like putting my hand in a fire for example.

Anita you were born that way you can’t control what your tics make you say or do. Your fans love you no matter what

Question, if you don't mind me asking. If you were to say something racist or homophobic whilst streaming, how would Twitch themselves respond? Would they understand or would they still sanction your account?

There’s a YouTube video about a time this happened to her, but they did not ban her

I never meant to say it was a reflection of your inner thoughts or feelings, but when it comes to homophobic/racist slurs, those could still be subconscious thoughts of just saying those words, right? No intent or reason for saying them, just thinking of the word itself? idk

your twitter name answers this question dude
