Tics vary from person to person, coprolalia (the kind of tics that are spoken phrases) is rare. Most tics are small gestures such as shrugging or throat clearing. But I get tics that force me to be inappropriate, its often relevant to the situation, and really scary in public.

Finally I will say that for me, context really matters. If the words are offensive regardless of context, we need to ban the dictionary and wikipedia because they have racist words in them too. Or we can realize that I am not actually being racist or spreading hate being disabled
