Pardon my "ignorance" but i think that's a pretty ok question? I have a friend who was born without a left hand and i've asked similar questions to him without any hard feelings
Normally I respond calmly, I get this question several times every stream and its emotionally wearing. My point in the video is that it's sad and wearing emotionally that people infer that 1. Its expepected that I feel flawed and consider fixing myself.

And 2. That it's the reason for my success, so I should somehow be grateful for it. When in reality there are many people with tourettes on the platform streaming who arrived before me and have yet to grow. There are so many tiring assumptions behind the question.

So my answer is no, I'm not sat fantasizing about a cure, I'm too busy loving the life I've been given to waste time on something so pointless. There is no cure, and asking me 20 times a stream to stop and think about it keeps in an unhealthy head's pace. I'd like people to stop.
