I've given my medical records to my management. I have offered my letters up for Twitch staff to view if they ever want proof. There are loads of other streamers on twitch with tourettes who have never gotten any fame or success from their condition.
I had no way to know my stream would blow up. I thought I would be banned for my condition when I joined. If I want to be on the platform I have to put warnings up on stream titles or YT videos otherwise people get angry with me for swearing and being inappropriate.

But people keep misconstruing this as me trying to somehow flaunt it for views. It's hard when I'll be condemned either way, and it feels like there is no way to win. It get's exhausting constantly having to justify being on the platform. It's not like I can hide it.

And Suggesting I "use" it implies that I have a choice. I know that complex and contextual tics can seem really unbelievable. But they are a part of coprolalia, and a little google can tell you that. Which might be better that hurling doubt and abuse at people.
