Every time I explain myself on stream, more people understand my condition. As more people become aware, life gets safer for us. It's scary going out the door not knowing if someone will attack you. It's easy to misunderstand coprolalia. (pt2)
So yes it can get repetitive. I wish I didn't have to put "tourettes" as part of the title for all of my streams and youtube videos. It can get boring to answer the same questions over and over again. But I still feel insanely lucky to be in a position to change things. (pt3)
Thanks to Twitch I get to make the content I needed back when I was young. If I didn't have a stereotype about tourette's, I would have known I had it a lot sooner. I would have had a diagnosis, an education, and more access to the world. (pt4)
And now I get messages from people saying that they discovered that they had tourette's through my channel. Or that they have a disability, but they still want to try streaming, or even just getting out in the world. And I wanted to thank The community for that. (pt5)
