This is why you are Sweet Anita and not just Anita

I always tell myself, “treat everyone you meet the way you wish them to treat you, no matter what,” and despite some people that’ve hurt me deeply, I still stay as true as I can to this.

I never want anyone to feel like I do. If it hurts and upsets me if will do the same to someone else. I dont care what your story is you dont deserve to feel pain and sadness.

Had one person bully me for no reason for years through primary & secondary school. Strange looking back now as I actually think it made me a more compassionate person overall. As you said, I later found out that he had his own issues at home, as is often the case with bullies

I try so hard to be this person. It's not easy I just want to be better for myself and others always

I remember hearing someone say something like this waiting in line at the movies a long time ago, she said "well people are just assholes to me so I'm gonna keep being bitter" It made me so sad.
