Unfortunately yes. There is a big german youtuber who also said, that he has to inform the airport beforehand that he has tourettes . Sometimes he is allowed to fly, sometimes not -> depends on the airport.

I was seated next to someone with sexual tourettes on my flight from Norway to New York(a 7 hour flight) and it was completly fine? They just moved him to the other side of the plane half way through, since he did tic pretty loud. It's absurd to me how they can deny you to fly aw
