Happy women's day! The first person who comes to mind when I think of women's achievements is my mum. She has survived A tumour and several deadly illnesses for decades. and the world. She's been a scientist, activist, kick boxer, photographer, skateboarder, Dancer, artist, and all out badass. So many people still think of being a woman as a disadvantage, (2)
and single mothers like her are showing that not only can we do it, we can knock all expectations out of the park while showing our children how it's done. (3)
I have tons of female friends with illnesses like mine and even some with Endometriosis. They are so strong! A strong I wish I could be.
