People have no idea how much #tourettes impacts our day to day lives. Every time I get in a car or taxi I have a speech for the driver, it goes like this; Hi I have tourette's, if I shout cats please don't slam the breaks. If I offer to fist you I don't mean it!
Which has lead to a lot of questions and cool conversations about tics. However I once got in a taxi with a taxi driver, and he cut me off. "Yeah it's ok I know, you're the one who doesn't tic during sex". I don't remember him but I really hope he found that out though talking

Even if endorfins alone could do that, increasing one's level of endorfins would not be a very temporary solution, with serious side effects. Endorfins are opioids, and same as with other opioids, increased exposure reduces the sensitivity of the associated receptors.
