The entire RWA board needs to read White Privilege and discuss it. Why that particular book? Because it's written by a white woman who knows the truth of your bullshit and spells it out in great detail especially for you, in ways you can absorb.

Reading that book should be mandatory now for all RWA staff and board members. All of you. Yes, even "the good ones". And, i believe there ARE still good people there. But you don't see what you're perpetuating. Read the book.
