I don't agree that North Korea is a threat. There's 0 chance they launch an offensive attack on the U.S. Why would they de-nuclearize anyways? Remember what happened to Libya? Bailing on the Iran deal? Not gonna happen with these warmongers controlling our government.

Yet you just overstated it. North Korea wants nuclear capabilities because they see it as only way to assure self-preservation. The likelihood of them performing a preemptive strike is negligible.
