We need to release ALL non-violent drug offenders, and ALL incsrcerated mother's TODAY. Anything short of that is criminal.
We still need sentencing reform, but we can’t take an all-or-nothing approach on #prisonreform. We need to focus on the changes we can make today, and the #FIRSTSTEPAct is one of those changes.
